    To optimise browsing and user experience on desktops, tablets and smartphones

    We have put in place a predictive search engine, displaying product offers at an early stage in the navigation path. To help visitors choose, a look system has been designed to offer sets of products and facilitate the ‘quick add’ of these looks to baskets. For those wishing to buy their loved ones a gift, the gift card purchasing and management settings have been activated on the website to reach further than online product selling and highlight the brand’s service-oriented approach.

  • Performance optimisation

    To improve page loading speed, several optimisation operations have been launched

    In order to cope with the peaks of traffic brought about by both the sale season and private sales, it is critical to have a website that is fast and effective. To this end, our technical lead has implemented a Redis cache system coupled with Varnish, with the aim to generate most static pages on the server side, and caching some dynamic content (ESI markup) on the customer’s front office (the small basket, login area, customer area…)

  • Internationalisation

    Tu support the brand's development abroad, the website must offer an international purchasing experience

    Having an international growth strategy means it is important to be able to purchase outside of France. To meet this requirement, the SOON team has implemented a Magento base that is easy to apply in all locations, rendering it possible to have country-specific currencies, languages, methods and delivery fees. Customers can therefore purchase in the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium and Russia alike.
